Here's my little explanation for those that aren't sure what Yaoi (vaguely pronounced yowie) and shounen-ai. Shounen-Ai is literally "boy's love" where men (or boys) are portrayed as couples in a romantic story. Yaoi is far more explicit, mostly erotic situations between two male characters (or more). Yaoi normally forgoes relationships, romance and goes straight to the sex, while shounen-ai avoids it, normally stopping at a really good kiss (for one example).

For Yuri (yeah, I know there's none on the webpage, but I hate to be biased all the damn time), the definition is lesbian erotica, with it's softer counterpart being shoujo-ai. Hope this helps!
